Terms Of Service

You must agree to the TOS before buying anything from me. This will be updated to add, change, or add clarification overtime.

Commissions

-If a commission is completed, then you have full rights to own the commission.-You are not allowed to claim you made the commission.-You are not allowed to edit, steal, heavy reference, copy, trace, steal, recolor, use for roleplaying and roleplaying accounts, or re-upload the art without permission from the client.-Commissions take a day to a month or more to complete.-Characters can only be up 4 in one commission.-You can only order a NSFW commission if you're 18 and over.-You need to prove your age when ordering a NSFW commission by proof of ID or another way to verify your age. When sending your ID, please do not send in the entire thing. I only need to see your date of birth and name.-Kinks can be discussed when ordering.-I refuse any service that features: fetishes, hate speech, political debates, racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, sexism, or anything I am uncomfortable with.

Adopts

-All adopts are upfront payment.
-All adopts will have a set price.
-Payment Plans are accepted. However, you must pay the full amount in two weeks.-Holds are accepted.-Any admission of failure to pay after requesting an agreed day to hold until will not continue to buy anything from me in the future. (I.E. Adopts, Commissions, YCHs, VRChat Banners, P2U Bases, F2U Bases).-All adopts can be paid with Paypal, Cash App, Venmo, Ko-Fi, and Boosty.-Once bought, you can do whatever you want with the character. You're paying for ownership of the character.

Payment (USD)

-Payment must be upfront.-You must pay for the full price when purchasing from me.-Once received, I will send in WIPs and Updates if any progress has been made (See Updates and WIPs for more details).-You have full rights to request a refund at any time during the proccess.-You cannot request a refund if the commission is already completed.-All payments are accepted through these listed services: Paypal, CashApp, Venmo, Ko-Fi, Boosty.

Updates & WIPs

-WIPs are sent whenever the process or "stage" is completed. (I.E. Sketches, Lineart, Color, Shading, etc).-Updates and WIPs can be requested at any time.- I will verbally update the client if 1) The commission will need more time, 2) an emergency comes up, 3) If I cannot complete the commission for any reason.-You cannot spam request an update or a WIP every single day.-All communication is through DMs.- I can take up to a Day to a month to finish the commission.- If at any point I take too long to finish the order, then I will 1) Refund the client for the amount paid, 2) Send the current progress of the order as a PNG and PSD (If any progress has been made). You can request someone else or you finish it yourself, but please credit me for the drawing and it's progress (i.e. sketch, lineart, etc). The only time this rule will not apply is if the client requests to have the art completed even after being offered a refund.

My art, adoptables, and characters, will not be used for

NFTs, AI Art, Tracing, Stealing, Reposting, Recoloring, Heavy referencing, Copying my art/art style,Claiming my work as your own

Anybody who has done any of the listed above will not be tolerated. Break the usage above and you will be put on a private blacklist.

What would happen if I am blacklisted?

You would not be able to1) Order any commission or ych in the future.
2) Buy any product I sell. That includes both free and Pay to Use.
3) Be put in a private of other blacklisted clients.
